Start Without a Minimum Deposit
MetroVPS B2B does not require a mandatory initial deposit. Businesses can start with the default 20% B2B rate and pay for their VPS services as invoices are generated.
You can operate without maintaining a prepaid balance if you use normal invoice payment.
B2B Wallet for Automated Billing
B2B customers can maintain funds in their B2B wallet and use the available balance for automated VPS operations through the API or WHMCS.

VPS Billing Lifecycle
A single default lifecycle applies to every B2B VPS — from activation through invoicing, renewal, suspension, and termination.
VPS Activation
When a VPS becomes active, billing starts from the activation time.
Due Date − 7 Days
Invoice GeneratedThe system generates the invoice 7 days before the VPS due date.
On / Before Due Date
The B2B customer can pay the invoice normally. If the invoice is paid, the service is renewed.
Due Date + 2 Days
SuspensionIf the required payment has not been completed, the VPS is suspended 2 days after the due date.
Due Date + 5 Days
Subject to TerminationIf the required payment remains unpaid, the VPS is subject to termination after the default termination period of 5 days from the due date.

The rule is communicated as Due Date + 2 Days. The exact hour is determined by the platform.
API / WHMCS early renewal
If the customer wants to renew through API or WHMCS, sufficient B2B wallet funds must be available. The system can process the payment even if the invoice has not yet been generated — it generates the relevant invoice and marks it as paid as part of the renewal process.
This is an automated renewal/payment workflow, not a separate billing model.
Renewal cancels the suspension / termination flow
If the B2B customer successfully renews the VPS before termination, the renewal takes effect and the suspension/termination workflow no longer applies to that billing cycle.
For API/WHMCS customers, a successful renewal request using sufficient B2B wallet funds renews the VPS and prevents the pending suspension or termination action associated with that unpaid billing cycle.
Suspension Policy
A VPS is suspended 2 days after the due date if the required payment has not been completed.
Termination Policy
If the required payment remains unpaid, the VPS is subject to termination after the default termination period of 5 days from the due date.
